i need a building regs certificate but im the homeowner but there are no immediate deadlines like a tenant move in date

Understood. For the 7kW charger installation—including supply, cable run and mounting—would you like a full finish where we conceal trunking, make good, and reinstate surfaces so the area looks complete, or will you be having other work done afterward, meaning a full finish isn’t needed?

Perfect. Do you know whether your existing electrical supply and consumer unit have enough spare capacity for a 7kW charger, or should we include an allowance in the quote for a consumer unit upgrade or any potential DNO-related work?
